A look back to 2024 fashion trends shows that trends can sometimes go beyond one trend cycle. For example, relax fit pants has been a hit among the girlies since 2023. Also, sheer was in trend for 2024 but for 2025, it has been re-imagined by the designers to be worn in a different way.
Is it safe to shop for trends? Should you just stick to timeless pieces? For me, it is a little of trends and more of classic pieces. Also, if you have a great classic wardrobe you don’t have to chase trends. This is because, you already know your personal style. Hence, you will only shop trendy pieces that will fit nicely with your wardrobe.

Hottest 2025 fashion trends to shop RN
Just like last year, there are some trends that we’re bringing from 2024 into 2025. One of such trends is the bubble hem skirts or dresses. This style went viral in the street style of the fashion week.
I have a love/hate relationship with this trend because the mini bubble skirts are quite risque. And of course you can choose to avoid it all together. Another 2025 fashion trends that I am quite IFFY about is the boho style re-introduced by Chloe.
I love boho styles because it is free spirited and fun. But I only love it in accessories and jewelry. However, the boho tops/blouses and outfits are huge for 2025. This is a trend I will definitely pass on.
Now Let’s get into the top wearable 2025 fashion trends that I am definitely rocking in 2025.
Fringes
One of the hottest 2025 fashion trends is fringe. Fringe is an elevated dress up outfit. You think fringe when you have an event you need to dress up for. A work after party event, for church or even a cocktail party.
Fringe outfit is not my cup of tea. However, fringe accessories eat down. They are the perfect statement pieces you throw on when you want to step out in t-shirt and jeans. Fringe accessories are great conversation starters every lady need in her closet. I will link below some of my favorite fringe accessories for you to shop for.
All white looks
When you think on clean girl aesthetic or old money looks, think an all-white look. White is my favorite color, so you know I will die on this hill. An all-white ensemble is a cute old money outfit idea.
This will be huge in 2025. Imagine a cute white straight cut pants, white button-down shirt, a white fedora hat and a dainty ballet flat or heel. This is super cute and fun.
Sporty casual outfits
I remember when athleisure was an IT girl outfit. This was back in 2021 or 2022. Everybody and their mama were into this look.
Late last year, this trend started trickling in again. And now it is one of the hottest 2025 fashion trends I am excited to try out. Think tennis skirts or cool white polo shirts, this is a fun fashion trend you’d love.
Last year, I couldn’t figure out what to wear for a work sport event. Now I am prepared as this trend will be every where in 2025.
Bubble hem outfits
Bubble hem outfits are going to be huge in 2025. This is one of the hottest 2024 fashion trends that we’re wearing into 2025.
There are several ways to wear bubble hem outfits. You can opt for cute mini bubble hem skirts, midi or maxi bubble hem skirts or fun bubble hem dresses. Bubble hem dresses are right up my alley and I love it.

Stripes
Stripes and I have always been on opposite sides. Until I got a cute stripe tote bag that I love. Stripes is one of the hottest 2025 fashion trends I am here for.
I have this Loewe stripe polo dress that has been on my Wishlist in like forever. You guys know that I am Loewe girly. Last year, I finally got my hands on a fun Loewe puzzle bag mini that I love. Anyhoo, stripes will be huge in 2025, and I am here for it. If you love this cute Loewe dress but can’t afford it for now. I will be linking below a dupe you’d love.
Straight cut pants
Another huge 2024 fashion trends that we will be wearing in 2025 are straight cute pants. These types of pants are super comfy and stylish. In this my big age, I am not interested in pants that are restricting in any way.
I would l definitely love to rock straight cut pants in white, as a denim or dress pants for work. Straight cut dress pants are very stylish for work. It sits nicely on the body and OfCourse it is comfortable.
East west bags
Now let’s get into the fun thing which is bags. I am a self-diagnosed handbag addict. handbags are my go-to fashion item to shop for.
One of the hottest 2025 handbag trends that will be huge in 2025 are east west bags. So many designer brands are cashing in on this style of handbag. East west bags are fun and stylish. I recently shopped a Gucci vintage bag that I can’t get over.
However, there are several variations of east west bags to shop for. The most popular is the Alaia Le teckel bag and Khaite Simona bag. Louis Vuitton has another variation that has the girlies in a choke hold that I love.
Mixed metals
When it comes to metals, I am a gold girly. It is either gold or nothing. And when I wear gold, I love to mix it with silver. Who knew that this will be a huge in 2025? The era of the hardware metal matching is long gone.
You can wear a gold hardware on your bag with a silver metal on your belt without looking out of place. Also, you can mix your gold jewelry with silver using layering for necklaces and stacking for rings or bracelets. This is a trend that is already my personal style. So, I am going step out like this whether it is on trend or not.
