This place in Africa has always been on my wish list travel destination. And I just saw a vlog where my favorite Youtuber went to Maldives at the beginning of the year to reset with her husband.
The Maldives is one place I highly recommend you visit. You can choose to stay in the frequented luxury hotels and just relax. Or simply go to the off beaten path that is rarely travelled. That is what me and my man love to do when we travel.
We rarely go to Instagram able places in a city. We choose to experience the culture, the food, the lifestyle. Everything a place has to offer. So, we can enjoy the full experience.
Accra, Ghana
Since I visited Ghana, I always want to go back and explore other places. The arts, the food, the independence park, the coastal roads with well-maintained palms. And of course, the beach side restaurant options.
Yes, they may be pricey if you’re a Nigerian or if your currency is not as strong. However, if you are visiting from America, United Kingdom or Europe, girl, you will have a blast.
I will say Ghana is quite affordable to explore. My favorite beach view restaurant is the Sandbox beach. However, I will say stay off the beach as it lacks maintenance. Still the vibe of the place, the local and intercontinental dishes and of course the night life.
This is a family friendly beach I must say. But once it gets dark, the vibe changes.

What is a valentine day out or escape without Lagos on the list. Lagos, for me is inexhaustible fun and vibes. Name it! and you will find it in Lagos. The fun art galleries, the many events and night life. The several foods to try out; street food or not.

This city is touted as the city of love in Europe. And I must it is. It depends. Many people visit paris just to see the tower with cute lightings. But for me, I feel there are more fun things to do in Paris if we can explore it.
Excuse my french, but Paris is on my mind. I can’t wait to speak with locals and ask for croissant or simply say salut. The last time I practiced my French was at Lome, Togo. I would love to visit this country again. After I have checked off Paris from my bucket list.
