After registration print your slip and visit the port health service to you with your valid international passport. Travelers are to allow 10 days before traveling with their new e-yellow card.

How much does it cost to get a yellow fever card?

After registration, you can either make a payment online. If you choose to make payment online, kindly go with your evidence of payment. However, I would recommend you opt to make payment at the Port Office. This is the method I am so sure of.

Moreover, you may be asked to pay some fees along with the fee for the yellow fever card. The yellow fever card cost 2,000 naira. You can make this payment at the port office or online.
