To apply for your e-yellow card in Nigeria, visit www.yellowcardnigeria.com. Register your personal information on the site. After registration print your slip and visit the port health service to you with your valid international passport. Travelers are to allow 10 days before traveling with their new e-yellow card.

How much does it cost to get a yellow fever card?

After registration, you can either make a payment online. If you choose to make payment online, kindly go with your evidence of payment. However, I would recommend you opt to make payment at the Port Office. This is the method I am so sure of.

Moreover, you may be asked to pay some fees along with the fee for the yellow fever card. The yellow fever card cost 2,000 naira. You can make this payment at the port office or online.

Where can you apply for a Yellow fever card in Nigeria? The next step is to locate the nearest Yellow fever port health services office near you. In Lagos, the port health service is located at the airport road, Mafoluku, Oshodi.

The Opening hours are from Monday-Friday, 8 am- 6 pm, and during the weekend from 8 am to 2 pm. So, if you need to visit, ensure you go on time.

A yellow card is proof that you have been vaccinated against yellow fever. i.e you are immune from the transmission or infected by the disease. The process of the e-yellow card is a welcome development. It will help prevent extortion from officials during travel. Also, the process is faster than the previous process.
