However, if you are looking for where to have a swell time away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the perfect resort for that getaway. Unfortunately, many people do not know about it yet. It is why I am bringing this information your way.

This summer is the perfect time to explore new places, and villa Rica resort Eleko should be on your list! If you find yourself within the Ijebu Lekki/ Eleko vicinity, it wouldn’t be hard to access this resort.

The entry fee is 2000naira per person for a day visit to this beach. You can choose to have a visit. Also, the beach is open to camping on the beach bank. So, if you don’t want to lodge, you can sleep in your tent overnight.

Yes, there could be random food shacks on a beach. But to have expert chefs whipping up classic dishes? It was a pleasant surprise for me, and I ensures to embrace the experience.

As an adventurous person, I didn’t waste time diving into the various food options. I wouldn’t rate the meals in this article as I want you to go there and experience them for yourself!

The villa rica resort’s restaurant is your one stop for exquisite and delicious local and international cuisines. The fact that they also have vegetarian options gives them extra points in my books. Goes a long way to show that they are inclusive.

For some reason, I am highly obsessed with culture. I love to be in tune with my environment and understand cultural diversities. So, spending time at the villa rica resort was an opportunity for me to understand the culture of the Eleko people.

Their welcoming spirit stood out for me as it was heartwarming how they received me with open arms. Being at the resort let’s one explore the community, eat local meals, have deep and meaningful conversations that let you know more about the Eleko history, and overall, have fun with the locals.
