Nigeria fashion is highly known worldwide for its colorful and bold designs. And of course, the designers that show cased didn’t come to play as they serve looks. The runway show was also attended by Notable celebrities like RMD who walked the runway, Frank Edogho among others.

The runway moment at Entertainment week Lagos were worth all the hype. Phew!, I love all the designs featured by Emmy Kasbit, Fruche and other designers. You cannot list top Nigerian fashion designers without these names.
My favorite design from Fruche is a black dress with pocket like details on it. Did I mention that it has pockets too. Another favorite design is from Emmy Kasbit is this two-piece suit set with cape-like design. Capes is one of the hottest 2024 fashion trends that will also be huge in 2024. So, yeah, I am here for it.

Aside the designers above, there were other emerging designers that I am happy to know. Designers like Lavish, Nuance Nook by Uduak, August woman, Ozick and Korede James. These designers got people talking about their amazing designs. They didn’t come to play at all. And OfCourse, I am here for it.
I love all the designs from the emerging designers line up. My favorite looks include these cut out detail brown chocolate dress from Lavish. This dress is a great evening night out dress for events and red-carpet moments that slaps.

We all know Heineken always support Nigerian fashion designs. They are always working with Lagos fashion week annually. Hence, I am not surprised that they featured a collaboration; Heineken 45 collective x elder’s series.
Just like Lagos fashion week, Heienken always work with emerging designers through its green access initiatives. Some of my favorite looks from Heineken 45 collective x elder’s series collection include this fun sheer dress with cloth applique that I love. If you have not been catching up with the trends, sheer is one of the hottest 2024 fashion trends.
This dress is a fun dress that is perfect for an art event like Art x Lagos or art barsel in Miami. Love this dress. Also, it is a fun dress to pack for travel to sunny tropical destinations like Miami, Santorini Greece or Mauritius.
